I had a great experience at a hotel in Hanoi. The room was clean and comfortable, just like in the pictures. The staff were friendly and helpful, despite a language barrier. The breakfast had a good variety of food. The location was convenient, with markets, pharmacies, and a park nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Located in a lovely area with plenty of entertainment options nearby, including local markets, cafes, and museums which made our experience even better. the in-house restaurant was a great addition, with delicious food and friendly, attentive staff. Our room was well-kept, clean and comfortable with an outstanding view of the city. the bathroom was modern and equipped with all necessary amenities. the breakfast spread satisfied all our cravings with plenty of options to choose from.
The noise from the construction site next door every morning was frustrating.

The hotel room was incredibly clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food and drink options. the location was perfect for exploring the area and getting around easily.
The staff spoke limited English, making communication a bit challenging at times. Despite these minor issues, overall, it was a great experience staying in this lovely hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic with plenty of options for entertainment within walking distance. The staff were friendly and always enthusiastic about making my stay enjoyable. The room was clean and in excellent condition. The breakfast served was great with lots of options to choose from.

the room was tidy and cozy, plus the location was fantastic, as it was close to local markets and some popular shopping centers. I loved the included breakfast, which provided diverse options that catered well to my preferred diet.
On the other hand, there were definitely some downsides to my experience. the hotel staff lacked efficiency and seemed distant.

The brand new hotel impressed me greatly with its overall appearance and professional, friendly staff. The location was perfect, with plenty to do and a feeling of safety. I would highly recommend this hotel. The upgraded room was quiet, clean, and exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel manager and staff provided excellent service, even assisting with luggage.
